Private Character Editor overview
Using Private Character Editor (PCE), you can create up to 6,400
unique characters (such as special letters and logos) for use in your font
library. PCE contains basic tools for creating and editing characters, along
with more advanced options
To open Private Character Editor, click Start, click Run,
and then type eudcedit.

DDE Share is a tool for managing dynamic data exchange (DDE)
conversations over a network. With DDE Share, you can create, modify, and
delete DDE shares so programs on one computer can communicate and share data
with programs on other computers. You can also define security restrictions on
DDE shares.

The Microsoft DirectX Diagnostic Tool
The Microsoft DirectX Diagnostic Tool gives information about the
DirectX application programming interface (API) components and drivers on your

features.
You can use the diagnostic tool to gather information for a technician during a support call. You can save the information gathered by the tool and paste it into an e-mail message.

Object Packager Overview

Win Chat
You can use Chat on your computer to communicate with someone on
another computer. Both computers must be connected to the same network; for
example, a LAN or the Internet. Also, each computer must be running a similar protocol, such as TCP/IP.
